Bio
Tolleson, who previously served as an assistant coach at Ryan from 2013-20, takes over after spending the last five seasons as head coach at 6A program Waxahachie. Tolleson posted a 45-17 overall record in five years at Waxahachie. He led the Indians to a share of the District 11-6A championship and a regional final appearance this past season, along with regional semifinal trips in 2022 and 2024. The Raiders went 91-9 overall in Tolleson’s eight years as an assistant coach. They made five consecutive trips to at least the state semifinal round of the playoffs from 2016-20 and capped off that run by winning the 5A Division I state championship in 2020.
